Privacy / Enquiries

Your details.
Handled with care.

This page explains how information sent through this website is used. Last updated 6 October 2026.

Who handles your enquiry

Samantha Norris is responsible for the enquiry information you send. For privacy questions or to request access, correction or deletion, email hello@samanthanorris.co.uk.

What is collected and why

The enquiry form collects your name, email, postcode, project type, desired help, description and timescale. An image or plan is optional. This information is used to respond to you, assess your project and prepare a proposal where appropriate. It is not used to add you to a marketing list.

Processing an enquiry is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Limited technical information is used to protect the form from abuse, including a hashed network identifier used for submission limits. Raw network addresses are not saved in the enquiry database.

Storage and access

Enquiries and attachments are stored using the website’s hosting infrastructure, provided through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. The enquiry inbox and attachment downloads require authorised studio access. Information may also be handled by the email provider when you contact the studio directly.

Retention

Enquiries are reviewed and deleted when no longer needed. Enquiries that do not become a project should ordinarily be removed within 12 months. If a project proceeds, relevant information is retained with the project records for the necessary business and legal purposes. Technical submission-limit records expire automatically and are cleared periodically.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your details, or raise an objection to their use. Some project records may need to be retained to meet contractual or legal obligations. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies and external services

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Essential cookies may be used by the hosting platform for access and by the private studio inbox for a secure session. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the usual technical information involved in a web request.
